Even better, the only way their "lads" felt they could get the upper hand was to sing the Man Utd 6-1 song to City while 3 nil down at home to them 😂🙄
 
Strange club. I mean I'm all for a local fanbase. Just like Boro... No celebs or tourists.

Yet they just seem a bit strange. Almost stuck 10 years behind other clubs. I genuinely think it's a weird living in Burnley 'bubble'.

They are exactly the same as going years ago. I can't get my head around them not having 2 6ft 4" forwards 😂

They have Alistair Campbell and Jimmy Anderson as celeb fans.
 
I think Burnley suited a low profile low key support base, everybody knows they are a fantastic club for the size of the town and have excellent support, they punch way above their weight, they have nothing to prove.

But recently they seem to have got a bit excitable and full of themselves (a bit like Forest) and I don’t think they wear it well, they should go back to just enjoying watching their team.
 
I was watching the game on the South African Supersport broadbast. The presenters were interviewing the American Chair before the game, alongide two so-called American Investors I'd never heard of. Next in line were some American YouTubers I'd never heard of, who had also "invested" in the club.

It's quite bizarre how many Americans with money are getting involved in English football.

Still going on - quite a few in North West Corner at the back when Watford players made their peaceful request for tolerance I always feel the need to simply clap louder when they do it What is wrong with just live and let live - and not being racist?
