Hi,

Trying to purcahse tickets online. I am signed in to my digital account and wanting to buy a ticket in my Season ticket seat but it greyed out when you click on the Stadium Plan. Obviously this is so nobody can get your seat until they are on General Sale but how do I buy a ticket in my seat? Any help would be appreciated.

Sorted you click on the reserved cup tickets tab
 
Ive clicked on reserved tickets, and when it takes me through, it wont let me purchase as it states price type not allowed in this area, but its my season ticket seats?
 
I've managed to buy 2 extra tickets however it's charged me full price and my and my sons season ticket seats don't show

Looks like you don't, had to buy mine a few seats down from my normal seat, not happy but at least I got one. South Stand madness
 
This is fkn crazy. I go to reserved tickets for me and my Grandson. I want a seat for my adult daughter in the seat next to me which is available and it just says error and will not go tp check out
 
Click on the Hello name in the top corner to get into your account. You should have an alert saying they have saved you a seat. Mine all came up with discount price from there. Need to assign them before you cam checkout tho.

Must be an easier way!!!
 
I managed to get two tickets with season cards but I thought I would try a different area, seemed to work ok. Also bought an additional one with the season card. Website seemed to work well

Yes after a bit of a mess about. Got another seat as well but although I said Adult and it showed £25 when I checked out I noticed that it had changed to £20 S/C Holder and mine just showed £15 over 65. Not sure how that happened. The system is not great.
