Yes. Im not sure why people are saying that their seats are 'greyed out' as you don't even look at your seats. You go to the reserved cup tickets, assign which person you want to purchase for then takes you to checkout. The problem I am having is that I am also trying to get tickets for family members in the family end, but won't allow me to assign their tickets as states amongst other errors 'price not allowed in this area'. Doing my nut in!
 
Bloody page(s) are a mare. Fell foul of the Grey Seat affair even though I was logged on. Seems to be 2 methods of getting tickets. Hey ho, only a few seats away, best he/she keeps it clean and tidy.
 
Got my 2 season cards plus 1 nearby. Absolute doddle. Just added extra ticket to basket then went into my reserved tickets. Clicked proceed and it added them to my basket. Paid for all 3 together
 
What a carry on. If I opted for “load to card” it froze and wouldn’t proceed to checkout unless i opted for “print at home” 🙄

Done all that mate. Just keep getting error message. Want the seat next to mine for my daughter. Let's me add it then on the drop menu I click adult. It auto goes back to sc adult and says error for all 3 seats. Typical ticket balls up
 
It is a poor site indeed. I got there in the end from the advice given above but when I went to load to my card it gave me two options (both the same card number). Just selected one at random - hope it works.
 
I bought my reserved seats but went back to add an extra ticket but it wouldn’t allow me, said I had to assign it to a friends and family person in my account?
 
Got my tickets but after few attempts, this was due to trying to pay with Am Ex, just crashed, straight thru with Mastercard.
 
Getting error message for my youngest son. U11 season ticket yet saying not associated with u18 or adult. we have bought plenty of away games this season with no problem. Try and get a home ticket and get this error. Very frustrated.

I ended up buying tickets outside of where we normally sit. noticed how if you purchase your season ticket seats.. you can't buy extra. hopefully it gets sorted
