I think we will win, but there’s definitely cause for doubt. They’re on a fairy tale run post CE situation, and they took a win and draw from us in qualifying. They have decent players, but I’d expect Gareth to have the team focussed on job at hand and none of the sideshow

This England team IMO is the best since 66 and I think will dominate the next 10-15 years I'd be surprised if they lay a glove on us

At this stage it isn't luck or at least not in isolation. Every team playing now is capable of winning against any other.
Should we worry? Hell no, go any play the game as best we can, but show them the same respect we would expect shown to us. We look to be on fire, play to that advantage.

We shouldn’t not worry! I mean we have a quality team. But these guys saw their mate drop dead on the pitch in front of them. Thank god he pulled through. But those guys will be TIGHT and ready to run through brick walls for each other.

I think Denmark are far better than we assume, they are a close knit squad greater than the sum of their parts, like England. I can see this going to extra time. I think our bench in the forward areas is better and might be the key.
1-1 after 90mins (you just know Braithwaite will score for the Danes) 2-1 after 120 mins.

In a way similar to when Scotland or Wales play us, there’s another underlying reason for them to win other than just progressing to the next round

It will be Englands toughest game in these championship games, italy or spain included.
They will feel they have something to play for, Erikson. They are quick when they break and are dangerous at set pieces.
Beat Denmark we win the trophy.

It's the semi finals of the Euros. I respect anyone who is left in at this stage and it will not be easy.
That said, if you'd offered me Denmark in the semis at Wembley before the tournament, I'd have gladly take it.
Worrying is an essential part of football, but my current level of worry is respectful rather than awed.

I think the fact it’s at Wembley could be the deciding factor.
People go on about us having an easy run (I don’t), but surely Denmark’s has been even easier? They beat a poor Russia team and a Wales team who’s game plan was to lump it to a big man. They beat the Czechs who we’ve already beat and were run close. They’ve lost two games this tournament.

I looked at the Danes goals against the Czechs and there is no way our defence would allow those to happen

The Danes have the Eriksen effect spurring them on to a certain extant. They also won 1-0 at Wembley against England last year. That night we shot ourselves in the foot when Maguire was sent off. I agree with what you say and we should take heart with that. England 2-1.
