Regaining our sovereignty

But they don’t have areas in their own country where they need a entry permit to get in...

The reason we are getting this is because boris forgot to turn the oven on for his oven ready deal....

The pathetic result of politicians having their head's up their own backsides and proudly claiming 'Mighty Britain' we'll have this done in weeks. Gove is a snide, backstabbing little turd and the rest of them are just as culpable for this mess.

Did anyone mention the 2016 result wasn't legally binding? Oh wait, but rich folk don't want to pay the new offshore tax, so we are getting it anyway. Right up the jacksie.

Hilarious that there are still people standing up for this shambles.

I admire the pigheadedness, tbh, if it were me, I'd keep my head down.

Perhaps you should take your own advice.

Far too many people are happy to be sheep and snipe from the ether. There has to be a method, your beloved EU does not have open borders with its neighbours, it has methods of licensing and checks and controls. You should perhaps contribute as to what method you feel is better or more appropriate, or perhaps you are happy for anyone to come and go unchecked, unlicensed free to bring in all sorts of unhealthy foodstuffs or dangerous goods for sale? Carp, carp, carp about brexit, that is seemingly all you ever offer on here.

We have lots of internal borders now that are monitored everyday by the various police forces using ANPR cameras, They are very helpful in dealing with cross border crime for example. I don’t see the problem with what Gove has said. It seems sensible to have a plan given brexit is happening, they would be shot down if they didn’t tbf.
You don't live in Kent. This means we will have loads of cop cars pulling trucks up on the motorway, holding up traffic, delaying transport of goods into kent from other parts of the UK, and of course we have operation Brock making our motorway 50mph and causing multiple crashes, and our lovely new 7,000 lorry car park blocking our entrance in and out of our town. It's an utter sh!tshow

What happens between the EU and other Traders? Borders do have checks. The EU has them too you know o_O
So you are admitting that the claims of no hard borders in Northern Ireland were a fallacy, a lie, spin from the Leave voters, because as you say Borders have to have checks. It's almost as if the referendum was won on a series of lies.

This is not a border between UK and France it is between England and England.

No, it means some might be pulled up in Kent. Some will be picked up all over the country potentially, just like police pull up suspicious vehicles and criminals on motorways Up and down the country now. I doubt there are enough police in Kent alone to cause the chaos people suggest. Surely a simpler and easier method is for hauliers to ensure they are licensed.
What is better to have a free for all access to all to import and export anything anyone wants? Will the EU allow any old truck through France coming from the UK post brexit? Seriously do you think that or do you think they will have a scheme for monitoring goods and travel too?

There has to be a system we do trade with other trading areas too you know, some of that will come In through Kent. I am sure we will require licensing. The dodgy Daves of this world would love a free and open border. I am sure you don’t really want contaminated food and dodgy electricals to be enabled an easier access to our homes
