Club don’t have a clue so they’ve temporarily suspended two lads tickets in the hope they’ll say something daft. The football supporters federation solicitors will have a field day with this. Up the Boro.
As long as you are sure!Club don’t have a clue so they’ve temporarily suspended two lads tickets in the hope they’ll say something daft. The football supporters federation solicitors will have a field day with this. Up the Boro.
The club always reserves the right of admission, rules are rules.Club don’t have a clue so they’ve temporarily suspended two lads tickets in the hope they’ll say something daft. The football supporters federation solicitors will have a field day with this. Up the Boro.
Plumes of toxic red smoke that settled over one entire end of the stadium full of fans. Fans that were not consulted.MFC Foundation.. although the club does benefit from these displays overall.
Interesting this from 15th March 2018 fans' groups vote to back club pyro ban - seems to suggest that it was a choice rather than it being illegal
A motion was raised at the MSF - a umbrella group covering a variety of fans’ organisations including the Official Supporters Club, Twe12th Man, Red Faction, Fly Me To The Moon fanzine, Red Army TV, the Disabled Supporters Association and Middlesbrough Supporters’ South - by chairman Chris Joseph and the meeting was addressed by Mark Ellis, Boro’s chief operating officer who is responsible for the running of the stadium.
Official Supporters Club - never heard of it
Twe12th Man - a few quiet north stand blokes
Red Faction - abstained
Fly Me To The Moon fanzine - Rob
Red Army TV - sounds like a good idea, but I don't think they do much with it. so like a small podcast clique
Disabled Supporters Association - fair enough, if flares or displays have not taken them into consideration
Middlesbrough Supporters’ South - I'm assuming mainly traveling fans possibly more away games than home?
I'm just saying to explore the possibility and the alternatives.. a compromise agreement perhaps. Not sure who represents Red Faction or honestly why they left MSF.. i'd like to think there was method in the madness. Any sort of protest seems to have fell short and any message has been clouded.. by the fantastic plumes of red smoke.

2018. That was 5 years ago and things have changed regarding pyro in football grounds.Plumes of toxic red smoke that settled over one entire end of the stadium full of fans. Fans that were not consulted.
Where was that charming little exchange of personal insults you just deleted, first posted.?Club don’t have a clue so they’ve temporarily suspended two lads tickets in the hope they’ll say something daft. The football supporters federation solicitors will have a field day with this. Up the Boro.
So the stupid pantomime production to disguise the flare holder has worked a treat! And they thought they were being clever... Stupidity has a built in reward system. Welcome to planet stupid.Club don’t have a clue so they’ve temporarily suspended two lads tickets in the hope they’ll say something daft. “Things” may have changed but the legislation hasn’t. It was then and is now governed by S2A of the Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol etc.) Act 1985 as amended by the 1986 Public Order Act. Nothing that was legal in 2018 is illegal now. The club could still have that discussion now. I agree with the decision then. I would agree with it now. But the legislative basis under which the discussion took place hasn’t changed.2018. That was 5 years ago and things have changed regarding pyro in football grounds.
Doesn't that legislation make taking, or attempting to take, flares into the stadium illegal? So I'm not sure what the discussion would be. Even if all parties agreed a way in which flares can be used safely, they would still be illegal.“Things” may have changed but the legislation hasn’t. Could be the compromise everyone is praying for. Although those bits of paper are a b***r to clean up, especially when wet.How about cardboard tubes with coloured tissue paper might be fun..
