Fair enough. My ideal would be to just have the word written visibly in white above each port, so it can be seen whatever the environment, without opening the manual.

USB is what does it for me, always ends up being the other way to how you go to plug it in, same with hdmi, thankfully usb is being sorted out by usb-c and future interactions but hdmi are stoop annoying

used to hate those old ps/2 mouse and keyboard connectors before usb became popular, would only go in one way
