The story is sad and self explanatory, my post afterwards was a mere expansion as you clearly did not get it, only you know why you want to create a smokescreen on my reason for posting. I think most people understand the dangers and just because you don’t have a diagnosis, does not mean you are fit and well. We all assume we are at times, but eventually something starts to hit the fan, hence why people need to understand covid is a hidden killer, unfortunately some people seem to think it only happens to others, it doesn’t. We all make bad choices, sometimes they can kill you. This can kill you or use you as a vector to kill others through your complacency… Nice one!

That isn't what I said, if I go somewhere where I come into contact with people I test myself. If I walk the dog in a field, I don't, if I walk the dog around teh estate I cross over to avoid people.

The only people Im insulting are those too stupid to get a vaccine because they believe nonsense on the internet. What you are demonstrating is how perfect is the enemy of good, and that is why this country is fubar'd. While people argue that if you aren't perfect don't tell anyone else to do anything, then we are ruined. Because no one is perfect, so therefore you are enacting an each to their own strategy, which will always fail because of the lowest common denominator in society. Sad, but that's where we are headed, this country has a sickness and I'm not talking about covid

Does anyone else find it interesting that restrictions are being brought in to areas that are not awash with tory voters? Nightclubs, uni's and football stadiums.

Surely most kids under 30s are not Tory voters, and also the least vaxxed age group. The battle line here is age, not voting intentions.

It's not just multi-tier. It targets labour voters, not tory voters and it is wholly ineffective given that the majority of positive tests are amongst vaccinated or partially vaccinated.

I would like to see some scientific evidence that vaccination passports at football matches will make a blind bit of difference to infection rates. I know, there isn't any today, because the work hasn't been done.

The ride in caused by the Euros (what some have said on here) is proof that vaccine passports don't work in stadiums.

I was wondering what the data was like from all the government test events. It would be useful to compare Wimbledon, Football and events in the albert hall/ theatres.

Certainly for me a negative test seems to be a sensible approach to entry to venues. It is true you can fake it, but I have to be honest I think faking double vaccination will likely be as easy.
