So should we go all out to sign him, or try for a season long loan with an option to buy?

I sincerely hope Southgate doesn't opt to go with wing-backs. We have so much attacking talent, so need to play to our strengths. Go into the tournament with the aim of trying to outscore the opposition. We need to build the team around Foden and start him and Grealish together. They should compliment each other so well.
I'd be happy with this kind of setup;
.............................Pope...........................
Wan Bissaka...Stones...Maguire...Shaw
...................Henderson....Rice.................
Sterling................Foden..............Grealish
..............................Kane............................
433 for me.
Pope
AWB or Trent ( Trent been average this season)
Stones
Maguire
Shaw
Rice
Mount
Foden
Sterling
Kane
Grealish
Would like to see James Justin called up aswell. Unbelievable this season and can cover both full back positions
Smith-Rowe is some prospect also. Would be good to see him selected for the Euros but we have so much attacking talent it's unlikely.
We are now in a unique position of playing the Euros and WC in back to back years.
Should we regard the Euros as a building exercise for the WC, or treat the Euros with the same importance that we would a WC?
