But this isn’t click and collect - if there’s no stock it’s a preorder for when they get stock back in. Click and collect is reserving something in stock that you can then go and pick up. I wouldn’t mind it if they just called it what it was. They posted yesterday on socials that the orders would be arriving soon. I head some got their email to collect yesterday while they were browsing the store and picked them up then and there.
If you check online all of the sizes are apparel in stockShould have checked but didn't, so just been to the club shop with my son to get him an away shirt.
"None left but keep checking online".
Absolutely incredible yet again from MFC retail. Launch the kit as late as possible and have none left 24 hours later.
I know corner shop's that are better organised - shambles.
Wanted to look/try as he's grown loads so not sure of sizeAnyone has the confirmation email yet? Still nothing for me
Oh yeah sure. Just mean it’s weird staff asking to check online as gauge of stockWanted to look/try as he's grown loads so not sure of size
Got mine Friday picked up yesterday
It was only announced and put on sale yesterday?
I'm still waiting for my confirmation email.
I have just had my email that my shirt is ready to collect
I ordered it about 9am yesterday. Ordered two separately but only had 1 email so farSeems like they are processing the orders, when did you order mate?
Nothing, account still says payment receivedJust to be clear here everyone who ordered yesterday didn't get any sort of email straight away? I've had nothing yet.
I pre-ordered mine and the bairns homes kits on the day they launched the design (Wednesday?).
I then subsequently ordered the away on yesterday.
I got no confirmation mail for either order - I assume this is a system error as it seems to be happening to everyone.
My email confirming my home tops were ready were sent out Friday evening.
I went to collect today and enquired about my away top order from yesterday but it wasn’t ready yet.
For clarity, I don’t think the club are selling shirts that aren’t in stock necessarily. The click and collect process differs from that your average retailer as you aren’t just walking into the shop and collecting a top a few hours later.
They have all the shirts bagged up and with receipts etc. hanging from rails in the West Stand - there must have been a good couple of hundred bags when I was there earlier.
I assume they do it this way as they don’t want a load of people converging on the club shop for click and collects which would likely cause huge queues and interrupt general day to day operations within the shop.
When I asked about my away away top they said that the demand they had yesterday was unbelievable. So all of those orders will take a bit of time to process, bag up and be made available for collection in The West stand. They said mine should be ready in then next day or two.
Do the home tops fit the same as size last season? Ie. need to get one or two sizes bigger than normal?I pre-ordered mine and the bairns homes kits on the day they launched the design (Wednesday?).

I’ve lost a bit of timber and back down to Large for regular fit tshirts and Polos etc. I ordered an XL as a precaution and definitely glad I did.Do the home tops fit the same as size last season? Ie. need to get one or two sizes bigger than normal?
