Middlesbrough away kit

Never thought at 34 I’d be out here waiting for an E-Mail to collect my Boro away shirt but here we are.

Is today the day?

My order information on the club website has changed to "We are processing the details of your order", so at least I've had some development.
 
Just received my away shirt , and it seems to be a much bigger fit than the home shirt I received yesterday even though the same size , really can’t understand how the same company’s shirts can be different sizes ! Last years away was at least a size to small, this years too big ! Also noticed they have put the price of postal up to £7 and taken away the free delivery over £100 , so has cost £14 postal to order the two shirts separately, now got the hassle of paying to post back as they can’t make them the same size !

£14 to post two shirts, daylight robbery again from our club.
 
I've been told there is a 3rd kit in the pipeline, which is a kind of camo design. It has been described to me as the best of the 3 kits by more than one person who has seen it.

There was something on the website about it being navy, petrol and red, but it was taken down pretty quickly.

Absolutely criminal. I have been complaining about the delivery prices for years. They have been making a profit on them, they even tried to fob it off as part of the club shop Q&A but even the standard delivery prices that Royal Mail charge to people that don't have a contract with them would be less than £6 per delivery so they are profiteering from it and their solution is to charge even more. That means a delivered shirt is £3 more plus an extra £1 for delivery compared to last season. That's a 7% price increase when inflation is running at 2%.
 
I’ve sent an email this morning to try and change the size I ordered as I was going on last seasons sizes. How can the same brand have sizes so wildly different from year to year?
Anyway got a auto reply saying they’ll respond to my email within 10 days :ROFLMAO:

I ordered the full away kit for the bairn at 10 on Saturday morning to collect in store. Still no confirmation email to collect so I've just been in. All they could tell me was "you will get an email when it is ready to collect"
