McNair - Right Back

I agree he shouldn't of dived in for the goal and even if you put the blame for the goal totally at his door. That isn't the reason we got beat Barlaser stunk the game out when he wasn't giving the ball back to the man who passed it to him,he was giving it away.Crooks hasn't got the speed of thought or the physical speed play no 10.I don't know what Morgan is but he's not a centre forward we kept putting the ball in the box and no one was there. I thought Paddy looked good going forward.

There were hardly any quality crosses into the box, half were over hit, the other half were a mix of not beating the first man or Aimee directly to their massive CBs

Any team in the championship struggles with their 3rd choice being forced into action.

We had two right backs, our experienced midfielder/captain, our star and a young striker that would have been challenging to play (Coburn) all unable to have a proper pre-season/start yesterday.

In addition to the reports that we expected Giles to sign before a U turn (Although Coulson was not the problem).

Its a tough start to the season but not all in our hands.

Completey agree with the lack of quality crosses. Width in the modern game comes as much from full backs as wingers and our full backs were dreadful in an attacking sense. Consequently everything went through a congested middle third

Yes McNair really is rarely have a seen a professional footballer let alone a defender comit and lose so many last ditch challenges. Hes F***ing ****
Yeah he really isn't and I'd take the view of various football managers rather than a random angry person on message board

It was a lacklustre, disjointed team performance.
McNair did make a big mistake, but to single him out is just inaccurate and unfair.
I'm not going to slate individual players after yesterday, but few could walk off thinking they'd done well.
Dieng and Silvero should have felt pretty good about their personal performances. Hackney and Fry did ok.

But we have obvious gaps in the team and the squad.
My fear is them still being there come september.
