Marcus Rashford

Oh, righto

I would imagine such a caring person wouldn't have voted for it to happen.

And yourself, being a Labour man. Despite your gripe with people being paid a fair wage. I'm sure you didn't mean for their kids to go without.

CTC my wife cares, she works in the most deprived school in Cleveland, she cares every day in a way you could not comprehend.

Go **** yourself with your insults simply because she did not vote Labour, your generalisation on anyone with an opinion different to you does not make them a fucwit.

A Muslim girl we know works in the food bank every weekend she is a delight , in your view she is a no mark.

With all respect to your wife, and the job she does, and knowing through my own wife the hardship schools face in funding, safeguarding, staffing, the lack of resources, the general lowering of educational standards and increased pressure on staff to vote for more of the same does seem dissonant and a touch obtuse, with more than £20m cut from Middlesbrough’s schools budget over the last 5 years and further cuts to come I can’t think what would drive someone in her position to condemn more children to hardship and colleagues out of their jobs. I’m sure she has her reasons but I’m not sure how you can square the circle of caring with the square of voting Conservative.

As much as I despise this Tory government, they have listened and made a change so a bit of credit for doing that.

However it does make you wonder about Dominic Cummings and why they never backed down on him, considering what he did and the storm that followed, makes you wonder.

where did he insult your wife?
my other half also works in possibly the most deprived school in mbro, shes baffled as to how anyone working in that environment could put a x next to the tory candidate

Just watched the news & Marcus Rashford must have a massive broad smile as wide as the river Thames, he has spoken out from personnel experience & made a massive difference, what he has single handily achieved is bigger than any England caps he's won & well done Boris for recognising what Rashford has done

As a parent posters on here know full well I probably go OTT about my 2 kids so imagine how proud Mrs Rashford feels about her 22 year old son has achieved, I sure am buzzing for the lad so his mother will be tenfold & rightly so

Well done son £120m well spent 👍

Inspiring bloke.

I see the ubiquitous walking ego that is Gary Lineker is chipping in and trying to look important on the back of it - why does the media keep giving this bloke publicity

Because it bothers people like you, who then read and comment on the articles written about the likes of Lineker, making them more ad revenue.

You and your anger are just cogs in that big old wheel.

he just said he only became aware of rashfords campaign today . the liar is lying again

He could actually be telling the truth. His spokesman didn't say that he knew anything about it, just that he'd reply to it when he could. Johnson let the cat out of the bag when he said that he'd only become aware of it today. In other words yesterday, when it was plastered all over the papers, telly, social media, Johnson hadn't got a clue what was going on despite a concerted response from ministers today insisting there would be no U-turn.

If he is telling the truth (a big ask, I know), then it's more damning than if he's telling a lie. If he's telling the truth he's admitted he hasn't a clue what's going on. And there's plenty of evidence for that.

AM I will tell you why she voted Tory for the first time in her life. It was that the Labour party in her view decided that poor under educated people's opinion / vote did not matter. The leadership decided they know what's good for them.

Now explain to me how anyone who does not vote labour is somehow worthy of derision. Are we going back to the 1930's Germany ?

As for the little skit by CTC that I don't believe that the working man does not deserve a good salary where is the evidence of that ?

Whatever her reasons, her vote supports child poverty by extending the previous ten years of austerity. That's warrants derision from me however undervalued she felt some people were following the brexit vote.

Should she doff her head scarf to you?

It proves to me that there is not a Kleenex between the far left and right. They both despise the poor.
