Well the official line is that of fireworks factory next to ammonia nitrate. Just because the evidence isn't yet presented in public domain, doesn't mean there isn't evidence. The videos at the time stated it was a fireworks factory, I'm sure that is easily verifiable or rejected by people in the area. The videos even show what appear to be individual fireworks going bang before the big explosion

No way ! just not their style, they would have even given them a warning before carrying anything like that out and still achieved their objective.
