I already have to share my account with that Steve bloke. He's the one with the beer fridge. I'm bumface. I just drink peoples souls and the blood of my enemies.
 
I’m abstaining until 1st July as currently on project “Fit into my Wedding suit” 😆 so been on a health kick in recent weeks (with the exception of the last play off game). No booze, healthy eating, long walks and kicked off my running again this week - first week is always the hardest!

I’m on ice water and been out running in the middle of the afternoon today. I’m feeling goosed!

I’ve been rolling back the years listening to a lot of old stuff from school / college days this week.

This popped up on my Spotify yesterday. One of FFAF’s earlier songs (released 20 years ago!) but absolutely loved this band growing up. Went to see them about 12 times over the years. One summer I went twice on the same tour! The good old days when I had hair! 😆
