I liked David Currie. He missed some sitters but scored some belters too!

He certainly did, none more so than Carlisle & none better than home to Newcastle

Dave Currie is a regular at Teesside Golf Club now and a good lad. Did well when he left the Boro.

Assombalonga, Fletcher are nowhere near as good as Dave Currie,
Gestede is worse than Ray Hankin for that matter, I woukd even take Currie, Paul Sugrue even Andy Crawford before any of our present strikers
