(No animals were injured or distressed in obtaining the feather)Went to a BBQ at a mates house in the summer, had a sausage which was one of the best I've ever tasted. I asked him what it was and he just said, oh one of those veggie one the wife likes.

We did a taste test at home recently (fun with the kids ) of several kinds of sausage.
Conclusion: sausages from the local farm shop are way better than anything you can get in the supermarket, no surprise really!
