He def tried to hound dael out as well I was amazed he didn’t go on transfer deadline day I was relieved actually as he all but replaced the lad.
Same here re: Fry. I wonder if eventually we'll come to regret him sending Nathan Wood out the door...

Do you think there may have been some problem with Warnocks health? He seemed to talk a lot about his health. Obviously these things are very private but I did wonder if there were concerns.Neil Warnock was already doing all of this stuff you are applauding Carrick for, he was was excellent at man management and embraced the academy. We really should have stuck with him and given him some money to spend
Whereas I thought he was okay. Just seemed nervy, like he was trying too hard.Excellent post, though from what I seen of Siliki he was awful
Go on - I'll bite - complete and utter rubbish - he was doing none of those things and just like Wilder it was all about him, him, him - the guy is a kn0bNeil Warnock was already doing all of this stuff you are applauding Carrick for, he was was excellent at man management and embraced the academy. Was the worst performance I’ve ever seen from a Boro player that. I actually felt sorry for him and he needed hooking for his own good.Don't disagree with most of these, (though Balogun did start again) but Lea Siliki was horrific in that 45 minutes, he looked like a contest winner, I don't blame Wilder for never using him again after that.
He probably played his way out of the plans with that performance.
Olusanya was worse he looked like he’d been pick out the crowd never see a professional football run into another player and push them over before. Was the worst performance I’ve ever seen from a Boro player that. I actually felt sorry for him and he needed hooking for his own good.
That said, he’d not been involved for ages and was suddenly thrown into the first team. Another odd decision from Wilder.
No comment !Do you think there may have been some problem with Warnocks health? He seemed to talk a lot about his health. Obviously these things are very private but I did wonder if there were concerns.
Its a possibility because up until the end of the window I think the club were under impression he was happy to stay (regardless of what Warnock may or may not have promised him).He might have been frustrated at tav going but I would suspect the toxic atmosphere at the club really reinforced Tavs decision to leave
I'm sure FIFA have banned clubs from making players train with youth teams, in an effort to force a move.I brought up the club's 'duty of care' to its employees back in July. Somebody at the club should have taken Wilder to task over his treatment of Uche and Chuba.
other absentees from yesterdays training video
Grant Hall, Djed Spence, Uche Ikpeazu and Chuba Akpom. I guess these are all off then as they didn't have international duty but are not back at rockliffe?! No surprises in that lot.fmttmboro.com
Oh he was, which begs the question why on earth throw him in like that to haul him off 45 minutes later? Absolutely ridiculous!Excellent post, though from what I seen of Siliki he was awful

I don't think there is any evidence, or suggestions by the players involved, that the club failed in its duty of care. What happened doesn't sound very 'nice' to us, but we don't really know the full details of how they were treated as individuals. I also doubt that 'somebody at the club' wasn't fully involved and aware of whatever decisions were made, not just Wilder.I brought up the club's 'duty of care' to its employees back in July. Somebody at the club should have taken Wilder to task over his treatment of Uche and Chuba.

Suppose you can add getting rid of Payero to the listWilder literally had the ready made Tav replacement in the u21's he just chose not to play or acknowledge he existed.
He was given Man City's number 2
The best LWB in the league
Blackburn's very impressive captain
A very good young Finnish forward with Championship promotion on his CV
A young American international with 6 goals in the bundesliga
A center half that's won 4 player of the season awards
A very solid, veteran right back who barely got a kick
A young Brazillian with promotion on his CV and 6 Championship goals
I don't know if I've missed anyone out but he couldn't get a tune out of any of them. Carrick has, the lads seem happy now. Even those on the bench
