I'm actually more positive than I was when I made this thread Jedi....

My advice to us all this year is to enjoy the games when it clicks, we should be a fun watch.

The point of the thread was that I could see what was coming this season. The good news is I think next season we should be up there.

Thankfully the Chuba situation didn't drag on too long (still over 2 weeks of the window to go) and I think the squad is looking OK. Reinvest the Chuba money, get a couple of loans in, and we'll be good to go.

I don't disagree with your prediction about next season. We have a squad of players who look set to be here for the long haul and the majority are young and will improve. But I think we'll still be in and around the Play Offs this season too.

A transition season from high quality players to rookie projects. Dont worry though we can push foward next season by selling our last prize asset Hackney and recruiting more dummies

I don’t think Hackney has hit the heights of last season yet. It’s difficult in such a poor team though, he was outstanding last season with better players around him. At the minute we’d make Jude Bellingham look like Mohamed Shawky.
