Not everyone has email. It’s like thinking everybody has a phone just because most people you know are never off theirs. Some people rely on letters and the Royal Mail.We need to eradicate letters and just use email, it’s instant and easy.
Oh there was an excuse - it was something along the lines of not enough delivery men available.
