How long do we give Warnock then?

Warnocks promotion teams all seem to put a long run together when it clicks.

He’ll be out of the job in the Summer when he retires. Get a new manager identified, get the blue print right, get signings organised.
 
10 points adrift of automatic promotion.
Another 3 and it's gone for this season.
Gibson's loyalty is one of his greatest strengths but also one his big weaknesses.
Managers coming here know they're gonna get a fair crack of the whip but it often leaves us adrift half way through the season.

Why did it go so wrong at Burnley?
IIRC the story was that his family couldn't settle.
Was it family issues?
Maybe his kids are grown up now and/or his wife could be persuaded to give a move a chance.

Would want him to move up here and not 'phone it in'.
After missing his chance with Celtic he's running out of potential suitors.

Rumours that at Celtic it was his requirement to bring his management 'team' in that scuppered things.
Well if Neil goes then Blackie and his other mate would also go presumably?
Plenty of space on the coaching side.
