Nonsense. If only 1 club was interested, you’d maybe be right. If rumours are true, MU, Liverpool, Chelsea and Spurs are very interested. Should turn into a bidding war if we do decide to sell.

Being interested and going into a bidding war is two different things & is highly unlikely to happen.

I love the way he can dribble the ball out of tight spots and find the space he wants to then drive forward. That’s a rare ability. He’s great in tight 1-2s as well, but what most impresses me is the feeling he puts on his passes. That’s instinctive.
I’m sure he was made Captain last week to let him know just how highly we value him

I don't think I realised just how good he was until I watched this video.

He has that rare combination of being a defensive midfielder and playmaker. He also has pace and can beat players. Pretty much the ideal midfielder. He makes so many defence splitting passes. Quite apart from the vision to make those passes and the accuracy, its the weight of the pass that is so special. The ball arrives at the players' feet at just the right pace.

Very rare that a 21 year old is attracting so much attention from so many big clubs. I can see it happening if he finishes the season strongly.

Its the way he controls the ball then accelerates into space to change the angles. He's a special player. Especially with his range of passing

If his trajectory continues, he's worth that in 18 months

There's a cap on what teams will play on unproven talent. And he's unproven at PL level. I would say the £25mil paid for Alex Scott is around the ceiling. Who knows, you might get a team pay more than that. Maybe £30mil. But I doubt very much any team is willing to double that and pay £50mil.

I'm thinking £20-25mil is around right. I think Loop's £15mil is on the low side for such a talented player but at the end of the day if that's the most anyone is willing to pay and he wanted to move, we'd have to consider it. Its a hell of a lot of money for a player who's come through the academy

Although he’s been a joy to watch the last little while, I still think he has a way to go. Easy to forget 18 months ago he was coming off a largely unsuccessful loan spell getting relegated from league 2, he was 19 and didn’t look like he was anywhere near getting in our first team. His rise has been amazing. It does make you think about some of the other much more highly rated talents the club has produced who have never even got close to championship level.

Unlike with Tav, Spence, Akpom, we have a good contract situation to name our price. At this stage I wouldn’t be selling for anything less than £30m, but I don’t think he’s worth that yet.

In terms of his career, it might be interesting for him to see something like the Fry situation who is now in his peak years having not playing in the prem. Many of us at one stage would have said he was our most valuable home grown asset.
