Gonna happen though isn't it, when a victim has posted her evidence on social media.
Who knows what was going on on that audio? You can't see it.
Maybe the prosecution now do know what was going on during that audio.. and realise that it wasn't what she was suggesting it was... which is why 'new material has come to light meaning there was no longer a realistic prospect of conviction'.
Is what she posted 'evidence' and if it is, why can't it be used if it's so damning?
Has he paid her off?
Has she made a load of it up in a rage after an argument?
Would she get back with him if he'd done that?
If they are back together even if he did do it, would that tarnish the prosecution's argument?
What we do know is the lad is legally innocent and should be given and allowed the chance to move on with his career.
