Makes me wonder if my mental state was making my physical health worse and not the other way around…..
The mind is a very powerful thing, it can trick you against your wishes. Take comfort that yesterday was better and be confident that tomorrow will be good again. As you recover there will be down days and up days eventually you will be in a place where you can look back and say, look at where I was and look at where I am now. Stay strong fella.

Is the physical health still improving? Can you pinpoint anything that's different today? Keep us in the loop, there's always someone here for you. 👂

Difficult to say I woke up with ear pain and a Pounding headache and it’s been with me all day.

Just been for a walk to get out the house and take my mind off it. Back now. I’m supposed to be working but I really can’t hack it.

As I'm sure you've been advised, exercise is always a good way of clearing the head, even in the short term. As for work, it's Friday afternoon on one of the hottest days of the year. I'm sure your employer would cut you some slack?
Keep hydrated (and stay off the Schloer).
The weekend is nearly here!

Not sure where you are In the world but it’s not hot here. !! Warm, cloudy but breezy.

I’m just so worried I’ll never feel right again.

As for work, I hardly have any contact with anyone since the pandemic hit and we were forced to work from home. So it doesn’t really matter.

If you're WFH then stuff'em. Switch off the computer and do something that makes you feel better. It's especially uplifting when you do it in the firm's time.
