Are you sure about the hunting for deer rumour and its not just that the tale has got a bit mixed up? I mean he has sent Scott and Bausor out to sign a few decent footballers and he keeps yelling back at them “too dear” and they misunderstand him. Easy to get wires crossed, I imagine we’ll eventually end up with Bausor signing Barry Venison by mistake.

The 'deerhunting' (other than being a great name - nearly, for a film) is quite a conundrum.

They have no natural predators so we either let them multiply at will or 'control them' Swinton park, for instance cull around 100 a year.
Too many deer, I'm told cause huge problems for woodland too.

For the record - I am anti hunting in general
 
Is he trying to recreate "Park End" from around 1979 in the grounds of his mansion?

Has it bought any Cleveland County Transit buses too?

The grounds are nowhere near big enough for hunting deer anyway. I've been in the grounds and the derelict old hall when I lived briefly in Keldholme which borders the Ravenswick grounds. Plenty of grouse hunting close by too.

uncle rico never misses an opportunity to try & stick one on steve gibson the vast majority are wild windmill swings that do nothing but blow a draught - but at least he is consistent with his broad ranging views on him - there wont come a time when he decides to blow smoke up his hole..

But he could be spending this on a rubbish striker 😂. In serious though he will require a pub to drown his sorours in after watching his boro investments fail

I know it's his money and he's entitled to do whatever the **** he wants with it...
....it seems every so often, and with regularity, a story comes along and knocks a bit more gilt off his statue.

Couldn’t give a monkeys what he does with his own money. Will always be grateful for everything he ever done for my beloved Boro however, lost all respect when he paraded his support for the nasty party. It’s not finding out the lad from Park End was a Tory that upset me - I think we all knew that, it was that fully knowing how loved and adored he was by the fans he used that to encourage support for Tory candidates. Add to that the very murky story in Private Eye and you can see how him becoming all Tommy Shelby in Tweed fits him perfectly. Hope he calls it The Garrison

Thanks for that, you must have a lot of time on your hands. Still unsure of the point you are trying to make though? is it that I have posted stuff about Gibson? I would imagine most regular posters on here have as many posts that include Gibson. It's hardly the hate campaign you were making it out to be...

Ahem, I’ll have you know I own a cravat, a pocket watch and a membership card that gets me access to all the posh country homes until 5pm, including Nunnington Hall no less. Between you and I, you are right though, there are a quite a few on here from, er, the wrong side of the street shall we say.
