See what I did there?people with a specific agenda just don’t look at the details and just assume theworstbest without the evidence to back it up.
Jesus wept, the irony........

You should have a read of this article - reading this board you would think I’m being unreasonable but this article is quite balanced.See what I did there?

I’ve tried to explain - the Christmas parties are offensive , disgusting and the gvt should be rightly slammed and investigated for such.
this picture of them outside - working not working , breaking between work - do we even know? has got people losing their minds.
the other point I’m trying to make is do we have enough detail to say whether this is wrong against the guidance at the time or not - people with a specific agenda just don’t look at the details and just assume the worst without the evidence to back it up.
Please don't do that. We considered it before the lockdown, then dismissed it when the lockdown came in to force. I have responded once to this accusation, do it again and you go on the ignore list. I really can't be doing with people who want to use a tragedy to scoe a point, even a poor point.I’m sorry laughing but I will mention again how last Christmas you were on this very board saying despite regulations you were having some sort of a gathering with your father in law.
(More lately you said that it didn’t happen in the end.)
I’m therefore finding it difficult to reconcile your comments about getting annoyed about people ignoring lockdown when you posted on this very board that you were going to do exactly that?

Downing Street garden photo shows people working, says Boris Johnson
The PM defends the image showing him, his wife and 17 staff with wine in the No 10 garden during lockdown.www.bbc.co.uk
Hmm that’s really not how it happened you were very clear but whatever !Please don't do that. We considered it before the lockdown, then dismissed it when the lockdown came in to force. Finally I don't need you to reconcile anything, I don't care one jot what you think, rightly or wrongly, your viewpoints are well advertised on this board.
Hmm.... Should I take morality instruction from you? Let me think on that for a while.Hmm that’s really not how it happened you were very clear but whatever !
That’s not the point as well you know it - I’m sure it was my post we can dig it out - your views are there in black and white for all to see.Hmm.... Should I take morality instruction from you? Let me think on that for a while.
I've never attended a work meetings without at least one laptop or one notepad being visible. It's BS, lets stop the pretenseDrinking bottles of wine is not something you would normally do at work as a normal civil servant or member of a government team, but lets park that particular elephant into a dark corner of the room, can you tell me what work tasks that are being undertaken in that picture, where the social distancing is taking place especially around the table on the garden and what actions are taking place that could not have been done remotely from behind a computer screen from home, as was the advice at the time ?
not at all, it is what it is, more rule breaking, drinking wine and eating cheese, not a laptop in sight, not a note pad in sight. Johnson claims it was a work meeting, but it isn't. We've all been to meetings and we've all been to work gatherings and the difference is clear.this picture of them outside - working not working , breaking between work - do we even know? has got people losing their minds.
To be fair i think there is a small notebook visible on Johnson's table. Closed and out of reach, but it is there. For some that'll be all the proof they need it was definitely a work meeting. Case closed.I've never attended a work meetings without at least one laptop or one notepad being visible. It's BS, lets stop the pretense
With 2 bottles of wine between 3 people, assuming CJ is not drinking. And that is at 7pm, wonder how many units were downed. To be fair i think there is a small notebook visible on Johnson's table.
