Genuinely think he needs sacking

Having slept on it I don't see how he survives this for much longer.

The form is horrendous, he's had backing, he continually plays a formation and uses tactics that don't win games consistently. He's got a poor rapport with the fans, the connection is zero. Our games are predictable to watch, we are flaky. His substitutions are uninspiring.

He's a lovely respectful bloke and I've enjoyed having him as a Boro manager for a while but that enjoyment has long gone.

We won't be successful this season if we continue with this. I don't really understand why we have to continue until the end of the season, a new manager with a bit of nous and someone we can connect too might be enough to get us into the playoffs with this group of players.

Sorry for the negative post against the Boro manager but I don't see anything but more poor results happening under him.

12 wins from 33 games, with that squad is horrible. I believe he knows his time is up. The Edmundson signing makes no sense. As the pressure mounted he has shrunk into garbage. Giles? It was almost like karma for his "The next game is the next game" mantras. He is now gaslighting himself.

Signing Edmundson was bad enough but starting him ahead of Fry in THAT game is a horrific decision.

Why should a fan of the club have a name in mind to replace the current manager?

Wonder how many had Carrick’s name ready to go when Wilder got the sack.

That’s Kieron Scott’s job, and as he’s already alluded to in an interview, it’s something he has to continuously look at regardless of if Carrick is doing well or not.
