Never used to like him, probably biased from his playing days. Thought he was a bit of a nob if anything. But no getting away from it, he keeps talking sense.

I kind of hope they call their bluff and it actually happens. Might be a good reminder to a lot of English fans that once you put your club in the hands of a random bunch of rich Americans, Arabs or Russians it’s no longer really your club, in fact it’s not a football “club” at all.
