Forest offer £10m for Tav

GKs - sorted
Defence - strengthened, more to come?
Attack - lots of rumours, presume stuff will happen.
Midfield - as you were and very little talk of players coming in.

Been concerned we don't seem to be aiming to bolster the middle of the park. The last thing we need is to significantly weaken it.
 
Every player is for sale MT included but I don’t think £10 million is a price the club would be interested in.
 
Assuming the finances of the club don’t require further balancing, it would be a flat no to any enquiries. Of course if someone came in with £20m+ then that’s another situation, but that’s the type of fee you have to stick on players to stop other clubs unsettling them in the championship these days.
 
I posted on here a few times that I thought he'd be of this summer when we signed McGree, but the upturn under CW made me less certain of that.

Warnock told him, and Fry, that they'd be playing EPL football next season whether it was with boro or not, maybe Tav would prefer to step up now, rather than try and win promotion with boro and I world understand that if he did.
 
If a prem team comes in you dont turn it down im afraid. You take the opportunity. If they want him he will go imo.

We should have went for the kid from MK like everyone was saying on here weeks ago
 
This lad is a very important part of our team. He has that thing that maybe, other than him, only jones has. Once he gets his shooting boots then we will have a SERIOUS player.
If we sell him, it would have to be for big cheese. It would cost a lot to replace him.

If we are serious about going for promotion then this lad has to be kept.

That’s just not true , wel keep him if people at the club feel it’s in our best interests it’s as simple as that .
 
We all like tav, but being honest he’s a bit……we’ll bit of a same old same old , the lad hasn’t moved on from what he’s always been really .
should be scoring and creating more .
next season and he’ll be just the same and so on …
guess I’d be happy to see him stay, or wish him the best if he leaves.
£15m is a fair price

Wilder has already said that he wants to bring in another midfielder, so if we were to sell Tav we'd need two.
 
I’m not in favour of Tav leaving although if he was to leave anything less than £15m would also be crazy. I’m sure that CW wouldn’t be too happy either— not that he’s happy now being handcuffed before Spence was sold even though a guarantee of £10m was assumed.

So if Tav is sold it raises huge questions marks on our transfer policy and much more importantly who might be next out the door? Djksteel or Fry maybe?

Got to disagree with this - I think he’s come on leaps and bounds last few years. Finally nailing down a position, improving his all round game greatly and as others have said if he could improve his finishing consistency he would without doubt be a good premier league player

GKs sorted... really a loaner GK is what you call sorted? The club is going down the wrong path with loaner this and that. The GK imo is probably the most important player in the team but here we are taking a stiff from Citeh-- totally stupid.
 
In all honesty can any fan of this club be happy right now-- deffo no from me and the rest of the ghost readers. What is happening right now is more of a sellout by the club. They-- Bausor et al took £12m for Spence? It's a damn joke and I'm seething about why and who's making the calls at this club tight now?-- it's ridiculous what is going on.
