First Female Manager

Absolutely NOT 👍

Roy Keane, Patrick Viera, Graeme Souness et al, taking instructions in the heat of the moment from a female ????

Do me a favour

In the words of Souey a few weeks back, it's a 'mans game' ........ long may it stay that way 👍
Don't know whether you heard, those dudes are retired now.

Maybe just save us all the trouble and instead have a Robot, AI driven. Let’s face it most of today’s managers and coaches rely heavily upon computer data analysis, so it makes you wonder who or what is really driving the team?

Id take weigmam tomorrow absolutely she has the England girls playing a far better style than our lot with apparently inferior players.

Personally I think our players are unintelligent or thick really. There is no other way i can process how inept they are

A massive lack of non-white representation in management
A massive lack of female match officials
A massive lack of 'out' gay footballers
A massive lack of females in football management

Football is very much in the dark ages.

Me too..I would take Sarina in a heart beat 👍🏻 it would be fantastic for the club and attendances..I bet our worldwide female supporter numbers who massively increase.

I'm sure it'll happen at some point, but I hope we're not one of the first.

Not because I think women shouldn't be managers in the men's game, but because it'll bring a very intense spotlight on the club and it would be a media circus.
Wayne Rooney's Derby County was annoying enough, and that was when it was another club.

I think there will also be much more fallout and scrutiny in the media when the first female manager is sacked in the English men's game, whether the decision is justified or not.

I'll be very interested to follow the results of the first club in England that does do it, but I'd rather see it as a neutral.

It's a mans game Baron, always has been, and should be going forward.
This woke world is getting pathetic.
Souness said it 👍
Tend to disagree. No man would fling themselves to the ground with the aplomb of a Shakesperean actor nursing a broken leg, and then get up two seconds later when his team scores and sprints to the fans. Bunch of fannies.

Its not about being woke either. We've tried everything else, why not a female manager? They've proved more adept at politiics (looking at you NZ and Finland), why not football.

I have worked for some great female managers, their people skills are often much better than male managers.

I am sure that the soft furnishing in the stadium would be improved (only joking )

1972 called, they want their dinosaur back.

I'll go with the: non-white managers: "Of the 98 clubs that consist of the big five UEFA leagues (England's Premier League, Spain's LaLiga, Germany's Bundesliga, Italy's Serie A and France's Ligue 1), only two currently have managers who are Black: Frenchmen Patrick Vieira of Crystal Palace and Antoine Kombouare of Nantes" that is just mad - though I do think it will increase substantially in the next 5-10 years..

Female match officials, no real issue here for me: they need to get involved, I expect it's far tougher lower down the football ladder & now the womens game is more prominent I'm certain more women will get involved officiating & move to the mens game too.. the entry standard is very attainable..

Gay footballers, I've zero interest in what anyone gets up to so long as all parties are fully cognisant.. womens game gives balance to the mens in that department..

lack of Females in management - I think it's about right, they've not had a competitive enough league to work in so far, female coaches I'd expect to see more of first before managers..

Suspect a lot of footballers are just big mummy's boys at heart. I don't think it's beyond the realms of possibility many of them would probably listen better to a female manager.

Think of the publicity we would get if we were brave enough to make it happen.
First club to sack a female manager ;-) need females coaches in the top leagues, before we get managers I think - the leagues they work in now are just not competitive - at a high enough level - to warrant the risk..

Football's changed for the worse, over the years.

Give me Divisions 1 to 4, from the 70's and 80's, rather than the "mandy pandy's" from the present day Premier League 👍

Football as we know it, should be a "mans game"......

Let the girls have their own version
