Favourite movie ending .

Big Night (1996). Great movie. Lovely final shot of the brothers.
Trees Lounge (1996)
Paris Texas (1984)
The ending scene of 25th hour (2002) is pretty good too. About the last 7 minutes. When he’s in the car with his old man.
eXIstenZ (1999) had a good ending. Didn’t know where I was at any point in that movie.
Night and the city (1950) running all over town
Rififi (1955) incredible movie. Tense ending.
Sunset Boulevard (1950) I’m ready for my close up!

Trying to stay away from some of the more obvious such as:
The graduate
Casablanca
It’s a wonderful life
etc
Kind of missed the point here I suppose. Hard to pick just one. Maybe Paris Texas. Probably Casablanca

I absoutely hate the ending, it is just so pretty and nice, urgh. It would have been a million times better if he had dug up the box and inside was a confession from Andy that actually he did go full on OJ and really commit the murders.

Now that would have been an ending!
The bit where they meet on the beach wasn't in the original script, but was added because audiences at the test screenings hated the 'unresolved' ending of the original.

My favourite would have to be Cinema Paradiso - genius.
