Fair play to Wilder for calling out Lumley

I've not heard it.... Yet fair play👍. I remember him blasting Henderson when his error saw sheff UTD lose to Liverpool. That was one error from a top keeper.

I imagine he's fuming at a few. Probably the worst performance since he came in. Just looked disjointed and 'off it'.

I think it's wrong, it's best for the manager to hold on with his mouth until he calms down. Lumley was at fault, telling him publically adds nothing.

I think it does add something: accountability to the fans.. errors happen, though repeatedly making errors & not changing or improving is just two fingers up at the fans..

Lumley continues to make poor decisions, as a keeper they tend to end up as goals.

He was pretty scathing like. Said we've got a Northern Ireland international who should be head and shoulders above every other player in this division but he was poor. Said Djijsteel is the only player who can come out of it with a bit of credit today.

Dangerous game to play really because it could have the opposite effect and cause some unrest amongst players at a crucial time of the season.

I like Wilder but as we learnt with Karanka, the last thing you want to do is lose the dressing room.

The players will know themselves they were poor so shouldn't cry about their Manager saying in in public. Hull did a proper number on them and none were good enough today.

Who picks Lumley to start? Who thought Lumley was strong enough to see the season out? Who picks Connolly to start?

Fair play for staying the obvious.

I thought the whole team was poor today. We hat ever we were trying wasn’t working and didn’t.

Lumley is poor. But the two players who dodged heading the ball away started it all off. Someone takes charge and there’s not a save to be made/made a mess of

We don't have great options for a first-choice keeper: either Lumley or Daniels.

Sol Brynn has received good reviews from Scotland, and I expected him to be named as second choice/sub keeper when his loan was cut short. I'm unsure of starting him, and maybe Wilder thinks the same. So we left with the two above.
