No one. I dont have a digital ticket yet myself. I was asking a question.
I contacted Boro and they will be issuing advice before the game.
I started this thread so I knew what to ask them but they were already ahead of me.
They have extra electricians on stand by in case of any further turnstile failures.

They should have inforned everyone by email and letter that have.swapped to digital.

Do we know yet that is isnt auto updating? As in do we know what day that is supposed to happen?

First time the club informed my about going digital was by letter the Thursday before the first game, telling me to download my ticket onto my phone. also included was a voucher for my free drink.
I still have no information on how to access my free drink this week.

I got in touch with someone at the club, go to your expired ticket and unhide it. Then click on the ticket and go to pass details. Then pull down from the top of the screen to update the pass(similar to refreshing Facebook on your phone) then it should change to Huddersfield.

That works on iphone only there's no way to refresh on android. For android you need to login to the boro ticket site and click download from the mobile wallet link

They'll probably tell you around lunchtime Saturday. You don't need to know until you arrive at the ground.
