For all those with digital tickets - could you answer me this -does there need to be a reminder sent out to make sure the Huddersfield ticket is in your phone wallet?

I am clueless. After the Millwall game the season card vanishes from your current wallet and went into expired! I assume it will re-appear on Saturday for Huddersfield. Problem is you don’t have a live ticket in your wallet all week for things like concessions (Al Forno’s).

You can add it back in if you go to 'expired'. I guess its just so you know the next match is the right one. If it was still showing Millwall it would be invalid. This may actually help when it comes to ticket sharing.

I’m not bothered about reminders Rob.
My only bug bear, similar to others, is that my match tickets keep turning up in my wallet expired folder. It’s easy to move it, but it’s annoying. Perhaps it’s an Apple thing.

My friend was on about earlier how his still displays Millwall hasn't updated to Huddersfield. Does it automatically update or is he required to redownload every game
I have emailed to ask if the club could give some advice on Friday about the wallets.

On my iPhone wallet I’ve clicked on view expired pass and it’s got the Boro v Huddersfield details on , hopefully it’ll work on Saturday but I’ll take my season card with me anyway, who knows what will happen

My nephew downloaded his earlier in the week and it went into expired pass 
so he deleted it and he’s downloaded it again today and it’s showing as working ready for the reader now 
looks like there could be problems for people again - looks like half an hour less in the pub again unless you want to miss kick off

Ive clicked on the season ticket download link on the boro ticketing site and it updated to hudds in my Google wallet
Ok I will give that a go for future reference. Looks like another in built problem in the system which will catch a few out without a doubt

I retrieved my Millwall ticket from the expired folder but it’s still Millwall not Huddersfield. You assume the season card once downloaded and placed in your e wallet would stay there and simply be available for each game? If you have to download the ticket fir every game that is a real pain and seems so unnecessary. Why can’t you just have a season card for all games in the e wallet like we had for our plastic cards?
Just updated it for Huddersfield that isn't a good way to operate a ticketing scheme imo
