This method works and must be what you have to do. However in the boro guide it says the season card auto updates but this isn't happening. So people are going to turn up on Saturday who haven't checked and try to get in with it failing as be still on Millwall

I got in touch with someone at the club, go to your expired ticket and unhide it. Then click on the ticket and go to pass details. Then pull down from the top of the screen to update the pass(similar to refreshing Facebook on your phone) then it should change to Huddersfield.
That worked for me on iPhone
 
Im lost with this, Im still using my season card but suppose it will change eventually. I thought that all of the home games tickets would be in the phone wallet and you just scanned the ticket appropriate for the right game??

looks like you have to download each ticket beforehand on an individual basis . ive done it but i can quite easily see problems. plus the initial problem was that i didnt know i had to perform an update in the first place

Thanks, How do you pass a digital ticket to a friend if you cant make the match?
 
Looking at other clubs using the same ticketing system. The digital ticket apparently will work with the previous game showing. If you click on show code it gives a barcode as backup if the nfc doesn't work. however to be safe i would just redownload your season ticket from the boro website.

Your season ticket pass should update automatically to the next available fixture to you. This will only work if you have updates enabled in Google Wallet / Apple Wallet, for information on this, see the Apple/Android sections below. After updates have been enabled, it will update but this can take a while. Even if the wrong game is displayed, as long as you haven't shared, upgraded or moved you season ticket for the fixture, the pass will still work.

ok here goes its not the easiest thing to navigate . the screen you are looking for is the one with your full name on ,and season ticket number in brackets you should have a little figure top right next to it should be hello (first name ). get that up and come back to me
