If you pay for their return taxi fare, they will clean your carpets and sort the garage out for an extra £75 (y)
 
I don't like the noise it makes. It clashes with my inner vibration frequency and causes me distress. What can I do about that?

It clearly does, though it's only a few seconds added on.

That was with people specifically told what to do and being recorded for an instructional video too.

It's definitely going to be slower for people who aren't great with their phones but have still went digital.

I'll be fine with it, so it'll be just as quick for me, but I bet there'll be a few pile-ups this season.

They're demonstrating opening you phone's wallet actually at the turnstyle. In the same way that you would get your season card out whilst stood in the queue you can open your phones wallet before you reach the reader so it will take absolutely no more time to get in once everyone knows what they're doing. I appreciate there will always be someone who is a bit of a technophobe and struggles with it, especially at first.

Yes, but for some reason it's a secret choice.

We're just days away from the first game and the club have refused to say what the opt-out alternative will be. There's an absurd thread on twitter where a fan keeps asking if they will use the old cards instead and the club keep dodging the question.

I think people have a right to be concerned until they know that the opt-out will work for them.

To make the system really work for everyone they need as many people to be part of it - I think they want to see just how well it works on Saturday. If it is really successful then people are going to feel more positive and confident going forward.
Feedback from yesterday's 1st demo day was that it was all very straight forward - Saturday will be the first actual test.
I do keep saying this but I do believe the step from season tickets and turnstile operators to cards will have been the biggest leap to make. There will be lots more demo days I believe from now and through the season as the digital switch is phased in.

That's an interesting choice of words...

I suspect the fall-back will be the old style card, but the club don't want to say so publicly because it would reduce take up of the digital option. I also suspect they told you that in your private phone call but swore you to secrecy - don't worry Rob, you can whisper it to us and we won't tell!

I am not sworn to secrecy - I just want to encourage people to give it a try as those new ticket holders will be on Saturday.

When did you fill the form out and how do you know that they have been posted out?
I filled out the form on line on Monday morning but have not received anything yet. Thanks.
