Def signs of improvement

We make it too easy for teams to play against us still .. put players tight on our 2 CMs and we haven't got a clue how to play out from the back and end up shooting ourselves in our foot .. teams have been playing like this against us for the last 20 games or so and it shows in the numbers

First guy on bbc sport phone in was a complete tool..

If he couldn’t see an improvement he is just a troll…

Got Maddos back right up and made me laugh as I was walking back to car..

He said we should be beating a team in 22nd… maddo pointed out we were bottom..

We all want to see a win but Bloomin heck we didn’t look bad at all today..

The build up and link up play was back as was the tempo but it just needs that finishing tightening up and bit of polish in the box.

V impressed with both of the new lads

Btw I was critical of Roger’s v millwall but in that deeper role he looks a much better player and was unlucky not to get and assist or even score himself.

We had the chances to comfortably win the game. I thought it was a vast improvement going forward, albeit we need some fine tuning and some of the newer players clearly have some rough edges.

Considering the new lads haven’t had time to settle, I thought they done well.

With a few more additions to come and more improvement to come on a team and individual level, I’m confident we’ll do well this season.

Is “well” good enough to win promotion? Not sure, much hinges on future additions and I’m not sure we will end up as strong as last season.

Things may take some time. But I’m definitely happier with what I watched today vs. The first 2 games.

Yes
I can see Rogers is better in the 10 role
I think I was wrong about him
Hope he has a great season

Improvement compared to last week? Well yes, could it get any worse? Let’s be real here it was average there a poor side we dominated looks comfortable huffed and puffed but I seen nothing to make me confident going into West Brom away, I think promotion is just not on the cards I’m sorry but we look like your average mid table championship side better than Huddersfield overall but a far cry from the likes of Leicester and the other top sides

They shouldn’t be difficult to play against, they are incredibly poor. We struggled because once again we lost 4/5 best players over the summer who we haven’t replaced
You come across as an entitled pr*ck! Did your mam breast feed you until the age of 18?

Defence was a worry yet again. Today I thought Fry was fine and Lenihan a bit at sea at times, our playing style does leave us open mind on the counter tbf.

Hackney really should have scored, 1st half, a little dink and we were one up. Laths one on one was Brittesque and Silvera needs to stop leaning back, he is very raw and looks lost defending corners as to where to go. On another day there were 3 easy goals that should have been clinically despatched. Significant improvement though and practice and repetition and coaching should see us improve. Quality is still needed.

I want a striker, CM, RB and CB if poss in and Paddy sold and we need them to be of decent quality, better than we have in the main, work to do.

Dear me, some of the comments from the likes of you make me wonder why they bother in the first place!
Comments from fans unhappy the clubs bottom of the league make you wonder why they bother to run a football club?

Bizarre take but fair enough

We're three games in. With a side that is still bedding in. If its this way in 10 games time, I'd understand, but it won't be.
