Club Shop...Jeeeeeeez

An example of the little things snd aesthetics are the flag poles over the east stand now how hard is it to put out a club flag or even the league flag but nope nothing on any of them.

Look at the new scoreboard it was ludicrously small ( now fixed) but it’s clear no one sat in the north stand to test if any one could read it….as they actually edited it during the game!!!

It’s all just so half arsed like the red seats in the box as in well we’ll have ludicrously red seats in the box to make every where look awful.

The concourse queues have done my head in for years because it’s not an impossible conundrum.

Install more machines, hire double the staff, pre-pour loads of pints and keep pre-pouring them. Staff for one are getting paid about £30, that’s profit margins on about eight pints. Hire more.

I’ve been to countless stadiums where there’s no queue at all for food and drinks. The rush periods are at entirely predictable times (2.30-3pm and 3.45-4pm) and the demand level is entirely predictable, it’s clockwork. If you can’t organise that to go smoothly and keep up with demand without people having to wait for 20 minutes, you’re not looking hard enough.
It's ran on the cheap, like everything else at the club.

The only option for most adult sizes of the away strip was £30 on Facebook for the ‘Chinese’ import. It is pretty good quality and fits well and looks pretty much the same as the official shirt but we shouldn’t have to resort to paying the black market for things we would have ordinarily bought from the club.
