Best Album from Manc

It depends what day it is and what mood I am in.

I even had Be Here Now on in the car last week and for 30 minutes that became the greatest album I had ever heard, but after a rubbish day at work I had The Queen is Dead on for the journey home and for 30 minutes that was the greatest album of all time.

So in reality it doesn't even matter what day it is, it changes from hour to hour and I can't even put them in order otherwise I just start arguing with myself!!!

Stupid thread that needs taking down as now all I can think is what is my favourite and its giving me a headache!!!

Like others I can't answer this. Too much quality and variety.

The Stone Roses debut will always be up there, along with Pills and thrills and bellyaches.

In no particular order and these choices only relevant today as they would certainly change on another day.

The Fall - This Nation's Saving Grace
The Smiths - The Smiths
The Smiths - Hatful of Hollow
Jot Division - Unknown Pleasures
The Sone Roses..........................their only album as I don't count that pap they put out as a second album or anything since.
The Distractions - Nobody's Perfect
Buzzcocks - Another Music in a Different Kitchen..................from Bolton in Greater Manchester
If Buzzcocks - Singles Going Steady is allow it would win hands down.
Barclay James Harvest and Other Short Stories..........................Oldham in Greater Manchester
10CC - All their first 4 were brilliant (10CC, The Original Soundtrack, How Dare You) but will go for Sheet Music as I saw them touring this at The Rainbow and it was the loudest concert I have ever been to. After these four the went sh1t.
Graham Nash - Songs For Beginners
New Order - Low-Life

EDIT: after having my memory jogged by folks below I would like to add

The Chameleons - Script of the Bridge. This band were superb at The Westgarth recently.
I Am Kloot - Natural History but Gods and Monsters deserves a shout too.
