Bad day to be a Tory

Interestingly enough, my brother in law was over at the weekend and he thinks the bbc are biased to the left. Whilst he is a bit right of center. he isn't stupid. He even thought Kuensberg was favouring the left.

I found his point of view interesting. I didn't agree with him, but interesting.
I can understand that. Compared to American TV, I can never understand people complaining about the BBC news and Newsnight, which seem to provide a much more balanced opinion.

When every aspect of society is geared to favour you in almost every conceivable way, but the media you consume constantly presents you and your ilk as a victim, it's no wonder any objectivity is considered to be malevolence.

Your brother in law is spot on . The BBC is ridiculously biased towards the left and has been caught out in it's news bulletins and question time countless times.
Kuensburg and her cronies despise everything to do with the Tories and Brexit.

Funny man off the telly, Labour wrecked it, Starmer kneels down, Abbott can't count, funny man off the telly, of course I knew the EHRC wasn't part of the EU, funny man off the telly... they just won't bother their bums to escape their Homer Simpson style mental carousel of density.

I would imagine most Americans wouldn't be used to anything that wasn't right wing when it comes to news

Halfwit or nowit

It seems the BBC bias has caused a fair bit of disagreement. My brother in law and I managed to get a 20 minute bicker out of it.

I found out the other day we actually do have a well thought out pandemic response. The problem is we don’t use it. Singapore has used it. Singapore has recorded 5 deaths per million people. I wonder if we compare well to that
I assume if the country was England was just the Isle of Wight it may have been more easily managed.
I think you would enjoy Singapore for lots of reasons.

Not being able to own a car might upset you though

Your first sentence makes about as much sense as most of the deliberately provocative drivel you post.

Unless of course you think the IoW is the worlds largest port, a densely populated country and a major travel and transport hub for an entire region. Actually given the lack of clarity of most of your posts I wouldn’t put that past you!

There will be many but you wont hear from them unless they are adept at defending the indefensible or in the case of Ricard19 happy to throw in the odd shill comment and then run. Forum should welcome opposing views but they should also be prepared to be challenged and debate rationally without coming out with ludicrous statements above re the BBC.

You know you are right about my grammar etc.
I used to be careful and reread my posts before hitting the "Post Reply" button. But I found that was taking valuable time so I just hammer the keyboard and leave the rest for student homework.
For which I award you 3/10 for being unable to correct.
