Any that can score/ take a shot on target/ make meaningful passes....Watmore ha signed, Fletcher due back soon, Browne in wings, Akpom also available.
How many strikers do we want?

Hasn't scored many but , correct me if I'm wrong, he does seem okay at trying to create space/passes for others. If Fletcher is back soon I wont be bothered, if were planning for Akpom to be our main striker though we might as well give up any hopes of promotion now
Why are other clubs players always rated so much better than our own on here.
Diédhiou has only started 4 times for Bristol City this season and struggles to get a game before Chris Martin.
I am sure Bristol City fans would be over the moon to get Britt especially when a straight swap has been mentioned.
I would argue that Watmore, Browne and Johnson are more natural goal scorers than Britt.Watmore and Browne aren’t strikers though are they. You could describe them as “Forwards” at best they aren’t natural centre forwards/goal scorers.
OH, this would be a good start to the yearAccording to ITK on “OneBoro”...
Hows about a loan out - we pay half his wages until he returns?
I've said this before but if Watmore isn't a striker then sometime needs to tell the club because according to the official sources (MFC website & app) they reckon he is.Watmore and Browne aren’t strikers though are they. I’m interested in now, not historic data and they haven’t been played as strikers but they are certainly better finishers.Their respective career statistics would suggest differently.
I looked up Jones in the app when he was on the bench recently to see who he was. His position was listed as unknown.I've said this before but if Watmore isn't a striker then sometime needs to tell the club because according to the official sources (MFC website & app) they reckon he is.

He had played 345 minutes of league football as a striker prior to joining us. That's less than 4 full matches. HE was predominantly played wide and occasionally as a 10, and in emergency as a CF.....but.......maybe CF is his true roleI've said this before but if Watmore isn't a striker then sometime needs to tell the club because according to the official sources (MFC website & app) they reckon he is.

He won't lose out, he'll be going to a club that wants to pay him more than we are offering. He's a solid 1in3 championship striker (current captain too)I doubt very much as a free agent he would struggle to find a new club.
Also with no transfer fee to be paid by a club wanting to sign him he could negotiate better terms.
Why give up 6 months x £35k a week or what ever he gets paid to get say £15k instead?
The chance of him getting a 5 year contract is very remote. £375k signing on fee, what do you base that on, it's just guesswork really. He won't lose out, he'll be going to a club that wants to pay him more than we are offering. He's a solid 1in3 championship striker (current captain too)
If we've offered him £15k a week for two years he could very well be offered be offered £20k a week for five years plus a £375k signing on fee - he's £3.5m better off
£2m* transfer fee to the boro and you've got yourself a very tasty championship striker for £5.5m all in.
*could be a bit more
