Install Octo aid free app, their Facebook page has details on how to select the right tariff, this app is data rich and will forecast monthly costs pretty accurately
Go to the first post in this thread and read how to set up the iOS daily shortcuts. It's fairly straight forward, I have then set to 08:30 so I get an alert on phone each day with that days prices

I am not sure how to create the shortcuts I get the notifications. I have opened the app but I can’t see a place to insert the links.
