The commentary is like sitting down the pub with a pint and a couple of mates that you haven't seen for a while chatting away........Then you remember the reason you haven't seen them for a while is because one's a pompous gobsh*te and the other's a giggling pr*ck.

Only joking, I personally genuinely like their commentary. It seems very natural and they bounce off each other rather well. With some commentary teams there's just no chemistry and bland comments that add nothing to the game, but they seem to be genuinely enjoying themselves.

Yes, enjoyed that commentary too. I think it's just the fashionable thing to do as a tv executive at the moment. Show you're moving with the times and shuffle the older experienced pundits out of the way and replace with younger varieties, but there's no accounting for experience.
