I'd be very disappointed if we went for Gary O'Neil like.

If you are underwhelmed with the options think about how the players are feeling. If you bring in a nobody from L2 and expect players to listen and trust their authority then it can be a hiding to nothing. I bet that's what happened at Watford and if he comes to us he has the added stigma of his Watford tenure. Forest Green obviously had a good season and won the league but they only won 3 away games all year so it wasn't like there weren't still problems.
If we end up with him I'll back him and give him a chance but his CV isn't anything to get excited about.
