i drove to the local woods earlier (1.5 miles) and did a 5 mile run. Something to be said running amongst trees. Plenty of birds in song too. Feel like your really connecting. First run in the woods for a few weeks and my mental well-being instantly improved compared to my recent 5k runs around the blockWow is this thread still going ?
some of you ought to get off the internet for a while. May be get in the car and go for a walk in the park. Might cheer you up and give you an opportunity to improve your mental health.
