Just drove past a packed Preston Park

Am I missing something ? Ive not left my home for a fortnight and did today to get my jab and there was a huge traffic jam around Preston Park . On eventually passing , it was packed in the car park and on the length of Yarm Road it was full of gangs of people ambling along with none with their masks on .

I’m certain we were told to carry on soldiering on only going out when we absolutely had to . A bit of sunshine and it’s “ ahhh won’t do any harm as we’re just about there “

Stewart Park is the same, people parking on the grass and main road. It’s jam packed. Also just seen a picture on Twitter of Redcar seafront.

People are just stupid and selfish. This last year has shown that more than ever.
No some people are selfish. I have been amazed by how complicit most of the population have been.

A day out in the park does not seem too extreme.

Just walked the dog. Acklam Road traffic is like a normal Saturday pre covid. Loads of people (of all ages) walking along in groups and just for a change next door have got a houseful, again.

I’m not quite certain the virus has had a meeting and determined “ well leave em alone today in the parks , it is sunny after all . Day off guys “

It really angers me when I see pics of car parks rammed full. If ppl want to do the exercise then its simple, you dont have to drive anywhere to do it, you walk out of your front door and follow the pavement....................idiots the lot of them!
