Been with them around 18 months now in County Durham and can’t fault them at all, pretty much always get 1000 up 1000 down. Never had to phone them about an issue, had a couple of issues where it was being dodgy but received an email that night saying they were fixing it, I hadn’t even got in touch with them
They’re just constantly monitoring your line and can see when it’s acting up, they usually do the maintenance/fixes around 1am but they’ll tell you that in the email.
Paid off our old contract with EE as well, we still had 8 months or something left but they paid the full thing.
