That interview he gave when Wenger first joined Arsenal and he must’ve got one over on him, or Wenger complained about somethin. “He’s come from Ja-PAN…” The level of complete disdain he managed to squeeze into a single syllable is absolutely outstanding.

Also, a name more than a word, but the way Tony Pulis pronounced 'Adaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaama'.
In a similar vein, whenever I hear the name 'Paolo' I instantly hear Harry Redknapp just saying 'par-low' because he daren't tackle the really, really easy Italian pronunciation.
