Whatever is the legal maximum permitted sentence for the crime they are convicted of by the court of the land, at the time of sentencing?
 
He robbed 2 children of their lives and has ruined their families lives forever, rehabilitation should not be an option. The crimes should not be concurrent, and he should have been sentenced for each crime, rape, murder, rape, murder and then he would not be getting out.

Bit OTT there mate, I agree with you but I don't think people on here support murderers.
 
They support the fact that this evil monster is being released back into society.

If I were to hand down sentencing I would give him 24 hours imprisonment into the care of the families of the two girls. I'm sure they wouldn't need that long.

Nope no one said they agreed with him coming back into society.
 
I could not be the one to kill someone on the states behalf.

I do support him being released, it's the law. I wish it wasn't but it is. What's the alternative?

I believe in the law when I believe it has worked. In this case the law IMO has it wrong.
There doesn't IMO get a much worse example of getting it wrong than this.
I'm guessing you support the law regardless. You must do in this case to agree with th law and support the release of this beast.

This man was a danger through his teenage years and those that preach that he may have been let down by society is well meaning but far from the mark.
Yes he has served a long time in prison, but has been in an open prison recently and has been let out as day release. There are still a lot of people who are affected by his previous life that are too scared to come forward to say more, me being one of them. This was the tip of something far deeper and more troubling, but I wont go any further on a public message board.
