... and wants to get rid of the NHS to US vultures.only in the last 48 hrs though .....and only because the arch Thatcherite wants to be PM and the ex £3m a year banker - who works for JP Morgan part time and who once described ticket touts as 'classic entrepreneurs' - thinks this is his best chance
who is? maybe not in the party with dodgy deals, handshakes, backrubs etc.. but if it's a long term replacement they are looking for I would have though there would be enough time to build up her popularity with the public.I said earlier she’s the leading light but I’d she popular enough.
Need someone who has not been tainted over the past 3 years with the corruption, sleaze and been a part of the sh*tshow of a cabinet in any form. Not a Bozo fanboy/girl and offers a degree of honesty (I know, we are talking about Tories....) and at least an outward degree of integrity.
Hunt has been extremely quiet, would fit the bill for a new clean start......
Next problem is forming a good, honest () cabinet with ministers who actually listen and know what they are doing. Could see a lot of junior/up and coming ministers promoted.
If only!Mick Lynch

Tom Tugendhat normally comes over well but doesn’t have too much support in the party from what I read.
I've met him, albeit only for a few minutes and I have to say he seemed a reasonably humble guy, on the face of it.I would have said Hunt, he’s been reasonably dignified on the back benches, and tried to hold the cabinet‘s feet to the flames, but then I remember just how much I hated him as a minister and what a vile reptilian creature he was, and probably still is.
If I was a Tory, and I think he’s the biggest threat to Labour, then I’d want Sunak. Despite the non dom status wobble he comes across as having common sense and integrity. However if I was a Tory I’d also worry he had the competence to be the top dog.
So on balance, at this point I’d guess at Sajid Javid, sadly.
So does he, his brother was in charge of the botched Parygate investigation. He is also a libertarian and would not take long for his mask to slip, he is not electable in a GE.Sajid without a doubt.
The rest have question marks and at the mo seen reluctant to leave the sinking ship.
Others would be from the shadows morduant etc.
You don't have to be electable in a GE to be Prime Minister though, you just need to be chosen as leader by the party in power. So does he, his brother was in charge of the botched Parygate investigation. This is true, but some puppets are more sellable than others. There are easy grenades to throw at him.You don't have to be electable in a GE to be Prime Minister though, you just need to be chosen as leader by the party in power.
